Doctor Who: Series 6 - Episodes 1 & 2 Titles Revealed

It has been confirmed by BBC News Entertainment correspondent Lizo Mzimba and Doctor Who magazine that the titles for the opening two-parter of the forthcoming series of Doctor Who are (hightlight gap below to reveal spoiler):

6.01: The Impossible Astronaut
6.02: Day of the Moon

Both episodes are written by Steven Moffat will air on Easter weekend (23rd-24th April) on BBC One and BBC One HD, times are to be confirmed. DWM also confirm that the titles for episodes 3-7 have also been revealed, they will be published in next month's edition.

DW: Series 6 Airdate Confirmed & Episode 11 Title Revealed

The next issue of Doctor Who magazine (out tomorrow) has confirmed that the first episode of the next series of Doctor Who will premiere on Easter weekend with the first part of a two-part story on Saturday 23rd April on BBC One and BBC One HD, with the second part on the next day, time are to be confirmed. The same dates apply for the United States on BBC America, which will broadcast at 9:00pm (8:00pm Central Time). DWM have also confirmed that the title for episode eleven of the highly anticipated series has been revealed as (highlight following gap to reveal spoiler) The God Complex, the episode will air this autumn. It has also been revealed that episode seven will no longer be titled Demon's Run as rumoured and will be instead be titled either A Good Man Goes to War of His Darkest Hour. Doctor Who Adventures - Issue 207

Doctor Who: Comic Relief Special Confirmed (UPDATED)

It has recently been confirmed via the next issue of Doctor Who magazine that a special mini Doctor Who episode will air during BBC Comic Relief 2011 on BBC One on Friday 18th March as part of the charity campaign. A title for the mini episode hasn't been confirmed but plot details have surfaced, involving two Amy Ponds and a Tardis (exterior) in the Tardis (interior), more details on the mini-adventure are yet to come.

UPDATE: Steven Moffat has confirmed that two mini Who episodes will air on BBC Comic Relief 2011 and will both be around four minutes long. One of the episodes is called Time, with the other titled Space.
